"I dont know what it is with this game, but it is awesome to play" - PewDiePie

Definitely the best game for parties!

Vilnius, 1905. Free city, roamed by dirigibles, air balloons and steam carriages. Alchemists and mechanics build and operate incredible machines and automatons. Powerful neighbours feel challenged by the innovations of the free city.

The game can be played in a traditional “touch” way or you can do everything by voice – noise will make the balloon to go up, silence will let it down. You can even drop parcels or bombs by making short loud noise or by shaking the device.

There are 16 missions in this game. Each mission is unique - you have to complete the task to go to the next one. This game is a mix of action and adventure and quest and puzzle solving. It does require some strategic thinking. Each level of the game is unique piece of art - all the images were hand-drawn on paper, in an old-fashioned way.

Pros and cons of The Howler app for iPhone and iPad

The Howler app good for

A great game with true artistic qualities. Graphics hand painted. The plot is convincing and captivating. Controls intuitive and original. Most enjoyable gaming experience for your iPad!
Beautiful artwork, involving "cases", entertaining to play. Recommended. Its a bonus that the background setting to this game is the centuries old Lithuanian city of Vilnius. Download this game and youre in for a fun play! Note: You may find some of the direction fonts are small and a little hard to read.
Graphics, music and overall atmosphere spectacular for such a simple game. Amazing time consumer. Shame its a bit short but hey, looking forward to a sequel!!!
Im using AppStore about 3 years, but never rated apps such way before. Excellent, wonderful, beautiful, awesome game. First time, when I started to play, I closed the game after first mission. But when I played again, I loved it fully. Waiting for a new levels. Perfect job, Rene and Antanas. Thank you. Greetings from Saint-Petersburg, Russia.
Beautiful artwork, interesting gameplay, amazing atmosphere. A must for all steampunk fans out there. And just for gamers as well.

Some bad moments

The horrible controls make this game just about unplayable. Junk.
In the game you cant turn the sound off which is really annoying because if I want to play this game somewhere public or even just in my house I cant because the sound will annoy everyone around
Game is challenging. Takes patience as the levels get harder and more challenging. The artwork is pretty cool. Very vintage and well done.
the gameplay was frustrating. its hard to control the balloon with the preset wind directions and speeds. I couldnt get where I wanted.
Pewdiepie played this, it was amazing, waiting for it to download will kill me!
I saw PEWDS play this and it looked amazing downloading it right now!
